Anson is run by Velocity Coaching, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada ("we," "us"). This policy covers withanson.com and the Instagram and Facebook tools we run for our own accounts and for our clients. We collect only what we need to do the job, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Forms on our site (waitlist, booking, contact): your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to tell us.
- Instagram and Facebook messages and comments: when you comment on, or message, an account we manage, we receive your public username and account ID, the text of your comment or message, and which post it was on. We use this to send the reply or link you asked for.
- Basic visit data: which of our short links you clicked and the page you came from, so we can tell which posts work.
How we use it
- To send the link, resource or booking information you asked for.
- To reply to you, book calls, and keep our own customer records.
- To see which content works so we can make better content.
- To keep our tools secure and free of spam.
What we don't do
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We don't send messages you didn't start: automatic messages only go to people who commented or messaged first.
- We only use Instagram and Facebook data the way Meta's Platform Terms allow.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run our tools (hosting, database, email, AI and scheduling providers), and only to provide the service. For client accounts, the client (the account owner) can see the conversations on their own account.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you or our client, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
